		<description><![CDATA[My wife is from China.  One of  the things I never realized about Chinese food is how sugar and gluten free it is if made &quot;authentically.&quot;  She cooks with rice and never adds sugar.  Fantastic!  Maybe a bit heavy on the salt sometimes but otherwise just amazing!
