2012 was the best year of my life. Joe and I welcomed our sweet little Nate and everything changed. For the good. Yes, we’ve been tired all year. But, oh, it is worth every sleepy moment.

My wife is from China. One of the things I never realized about Chinese food is how sugar and gluten free it is if made “authentically.” She cooks with rice and never adds sugar. Fantastic! Maybe a bit heavy on the salt sometimes but otherwise just amazing!
