If you haven’t heard yet, I’m presenting & signing books this year at The Gluten & Allergen-Free Expo, which is being held Friday, April 29th – Sunday, May 1st in Chicago. I’d love to meet you there!!!
My presentation, Low & No Sugar Baking, will be from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on Sunday, May 1st.
There’s an incredible list of presenters, including:
- Silvana Nardone, from Dish Towel Diaries & author of Cooking for Isaiah
- Cybele Pascal, from Cybele Pascal & author of Allergen-Free Baker’s Handbook
& The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook
- Shirley Braden, from Gluten-Free Easily
- Beth Hillson, food editor of Living Without
- Lee Tobin, Executive Chef for Whole Foods Gluten-Free Bakehouse
- Anna Sobaski, owner of Breads from Anna
- Stephanie O’Dea, from A Year of Slow Cooking and author of Make It Fast, Cook It Slow
& More Make It Fast, Cook It Slow
For a complete list, check out the Gluten & Allergen-Free Expo class schedule. There will also be many of your favorite gluten-free bloggers at the event, including Hallie Klecker from Daily Bites and Kim Mayes from Cook IT Allergy-Free.
You won’t want to miss the vendor fair either with over 70 gluten-free, allergy friendly vendors – and yes, they’ll have food you can eat.
To give you an inside peek at last year’s event, here’s a video created by Jen Cafferty, (Gluten-Free Life with Jen) who founded this revolutionary event.
A discounted hotel rate is available through The Gluten & Allergen-Free Expo website, too.
Now all you have to do is mark your calendar and take care of the travel details. I do hope to see you there!
Planning to be there? Let me know!

I would so love to be there. My copy of your cookbook should be arriving soon, I really can’t wait! Will there be a booksigning in
Dallas in March or April? My daughter and I are planning a shopping trip. Congratulations Amy on fabulous success, I started following your blog when you were pretty much getting started. You, Elana and Kelly have opened an entire world of healing for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
