I had to come back and add to my previous comment. Not trying to enter twice
I just read your story and at least the part about the sweets and flour sound like me. Right before I stopped eating gluten I would buy a loaf of italian bread and I just kept eating it. I would crave pizza for the crust etc. Well those days are gone now, six years ago, but I crave chocolates, sweet things. After every meal I feel like I have to have something or I will go crazy. So if nothing is available I will eat the GF chocolate cereal, anything to hit that spot. I know I have a problem, I feel like an addict looking for my next fix. I am so glad I found this site. Thank you for being so transparent.

I would LOVE to win this package. I would give it to my sister as a gift. She and her entire family are starting on the process of going gluten-free. I think they woud feel so much better.
I have been gluten, sugar and dairy-free for at least two years. I can’t imagine going back to the foods I used to eat.
iHerb is one of my favorite online stores. I order from them almost weekly. I just received an order a few days ago for liquid Stevia and palm sugar. Thanks, Amy, for getting me started with palm sugar.

Amy, Since I took your Baking class, & tried 3 things you created, I have wanted your Cookbook!!
I’ve been trying to make your All-purpose 4 flour Blend, but lack some of the Flours to finish mixing my own. I used Bob’s Red Mill at TG to make a GF Pie crust with Dairy free Pumpkin filling, along with some Cranberry orange (pecan) bread. YUM!! It’s be fantastic to WIN!!

Ever since I took you SF/GF Baking class, I have wanted your Cookbook!!
I’ve been trying to acquire the 4 Flours for your All purpose blend for a while now. I made GF crust using Bob’s Red Mill at TG, and filled it with a Dairy free Pumpkin filling. The Orange Cranberry bread I baked from Bob’s Red Mill went over well too!!
It would be fantastic to win, as all my Gift giving occasions people are getting basked goods!

Your website & book were a life-saver when I was ordered by my doctor to avoid gluten & refined sugar for 6 months! Thank you so much! Now I am just gluten-free, although I still try to avoid refined sugar when possible. I would love to win this incredible gift! All of the the gluten-free flours are so expensive for me, as I can only get them at a specialty store where I live. And with the money spent on Christmas presents this year, all of those free flours would be a huge help for me! Although I already own your book, I have a good friend who also has to avoid gluten & refined sugar to reduce inflammation & I would love to help her along her journey by giving her a copy of your book!
