It’s Slightly Indulgent Tuesday! Keep those healthy recipes coming. I love seeing the gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, how-ever-you-make-it dishes every week. I’m always inspired.
When checking my blog stats, I found that so many people, including readers, are sharing SIT links in forums and other fun places on the internet. What a great way to help spread the word about eating yummy food that’s still healthier!
And, of course, THANK YOU to everyone who shares SIT through Stumble Upon, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest. (These are all different social media outlets just in case you didn’t know.)
I got a nasty email from someone who thought I was making Stumble Upon up. Nope, it’s real. You can check it out here.

Happy Birthday, Raia! I just might try your cake with coconut palm sugar.
- Buttermilk Carob Zucchini Cake from Raia’s Recipes

Linking Up Guidelines: PLEASE READ!
- Please link back to this post NOT A STATIC “BLOG PARTY PAGE” so that your readers can find the recipes here.
- Link to your individual post, NOT your home page.
- Recipes DO NOT have to be sugar-free or gluten-free – just healthier in some way. The idea is to share our ideas and inspire each other in the kitchen.
- Please don’t link give-aways and book reviews without recipes or contests – the intent of this event is to compile recipes that give people options.
- (Optional) When you link, please tell us who you are and what you’re cooking. For example, I might enter: Banana Chips – Nature’s Candy! (Amy @ Simply Sugar & Gluten Free)
Note: If you’re getting this in an email or an RSS reader, you can’t see all the tasty pics of dishes that have been shared at SIT. Hop on over to SimplySugarAndGlutenFree.com and find something you’re entire family will love!

Hi Amy, thanks so much for the opportunity to link up!
I am a relatively new GF blogger, and I was wondering if you would have any GLUTEN FREE and FRUGAL recipes that you would be willing to contribute to my “Gluten Free on a Budget” recipe roundup.

Thanks a bunch!

I’m sharing my homemade rice pilaf recipe today. It is so easy and very tasty. Even better, it can be made gluten and allergy free. And, you can add diced vegetables to make it even healthier.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to share!

Making Stumble Upon up? How interesting. I love Stumble Upon – just need to spend more time on there! I’m submitting my Banana Fritters this week – definitely on the more indulgent side than just “slightly” indulgent, but they’re still gluten and dairy-free, and vegan, even. Thanks Amy!

Thanks so much for hosting! I shared a Chocolate Elderberry & Rose Hip Ice Cream recipe. It’s super chocolaty and has the added health benefit of the Elderberry & Rose Hip Syrup. Thanks again

Hi! I posted about the evolution of my Carrot Patties . They were healthy when I first made them, but now each and every ingredient is a little healthier – and the patties are more delicious too.
Thanks for hosting!

Hi Amy, It’s been awhile since I’ve linked up so I hope you don’t mind… I added 3! A chocolate tofu peanut butter pie that I made as part of #apieformikey, a gf vegan chocolate cookie and a lovely spring (here in Australia!) salad using salad greens and flowers from our garden.
Many thanks,
Emm
