Hi Amy. I hope this SIT finds you well. I can imagine your little guy is growing like crazy. It’s shocking how fast they grow. My kids turned 3 and 6 over the summer and me and my husband are like, what…where did are babies go!! They are like big kids now. So independent.

I’ve taken a little break from link parties, so it’s nice to be back and share my most recipe recipes and posts.

1.Vegan Mini Garden Pizzas (gluten free, dairy free, allergy-friendly)

    2. Raw Cherry “Cheese” Cake (gluten free, grain free, dairy free, cane-sugar free, SCD)

    3. Waste-Free Grocery Shopping: Tips and Suggestions

Thank you and have a great week.

    Good Morning!
There’s a chill in the air this morning. It was only 41 degrees when I woke up. Time to warm up to a nourishing bowl of homemade soup. This week, I’m offering a recipe for Split Pea, Lentil & Barley Soup. It’s not made with meat or meat stock or broth, so it’s great for vegans as well. It’s delicious as well as hearty. Enjoy!!

Hi Amy! Today I’m sharing a 30 minute meal (or less) for those busy weeknights when everyone is hungry and there’s no time to shop — Creamed Tuna! It’s not hard to make gluten-free. In fact, it’s not hard at all, and my whole family likes it. I hope you do, too.
