Welcome back to Slightly Indulgent Tuesday! Thank you so much for sharing your recipes for fabulous food made healthier! Last week, over 100 recipes were shared here at SIT.
Hopefully, you’re finding ways to keep cool. It’s been HOT in Dallas. We melt when we walk outside. I’m not complaining – I love Texas and would take the heat over those cold, northern winters any day. Stil, I hope you’ll find a new cool recipe to help make the temperatures a bit more bearable!
Last Week’s Healthier Highlights

I’m not sure how healthy my recipe is this week, but with the 4th and all of the sweltering heat around so many places, I thought it might be refreshing. If you read the post, I did try to make it healthier than the first batch.
I hope you and you family have a wonderful 4th! Thanks for hosting!

All of these recipes look so good! Wanting to try the bundt cake.
It isn’t the 4th of July without pound cake with whipped cream and berries. I hope you enjoy my gluten-free, sugar-free recipe.

Hi Amy!
Hope this Tuesday finds you well.
Can you do me a favor? I accidently entered hazelnut milk on my homemade macadamia nut milk. If you get a chance, could you change it to macadamia milk for me (#42)? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Amy, you’re the best.
This week I am sharing:
(1) Chicken Mole with Grilled Mango and Vegetables
(2) Steamed Broccoli with Lemon and Sautéed Garlic
(3) Homemade Macadamia Nut Milk
Have a great week and a great 4th. I’m sure your house will be filled with amazing food.

Hi Amy,
Glad to join the party again. I have two recipes to share this week – grain free fried Alaskan Rex Sole and orange creamsicle popsicles. Please send some of your Texas heat to Alaska. It’s been in the mid-sixties… almost too cool for popsicles! As always, thank you for hosting!
I’ve been taking a break from recipe blogging due to health issues, but I’m back.
Hugs,
Megan
