Hi Amy,
Hope this Tuesday finds you well.
I see my granola bars were a reader favorite last week. So great! I do hope these are enjoyed by others. They are a real treat in our house. I like to smoosh two of them between some homemade cashew butter. Just delightful.
This week I am sharing a vegan lasagna (dairy and gluten free). It’s my husband’s fave.
Have a great week, Amy.
