Linking Up Guidelines:
- If you leave a link in the comments, my blog will automatically mark it as spam.
- Please link back to this post NOT A STATIC “BLOG PARTY PAGE” so that your readers can find the recipes here.
- Link to your individual post, NOT your home page.
- Recipes DO NOT have to be sugar-free or gluten-free – just healthier in some way. The idea is to share our ideas and inspire each other in the kitchen.
- When you link, please tell us what you’re sharing.

Hello Amy,
Hope you had a relaxing weekend. What a turn out last week! I enjoy searching through recipes here on SIT! What a great community you have built here, Amy. Love it.
This week I am sharing three recipes.
(1) Raw Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream (vegan, cane-sugar free, dairy free)
(2) Chewy Grain Free Granola Bars (dairy free, cane-sugar free, SCD)
(3) A motivation post on how and why it’s important to soak nuts and seeds. It’s short with just a few links, but my hopes it will give some that push they need to get started.
Have a great rest of your week.

Seriously, I’m loving so many people sharing their favorites! Thanks for picking my Pina Colada Cake as a personal favorite. It was so much fun to make and a great flavor combination for summer time! I shared my caramel gooey bars this time. I revised the recipe from my original and we all agreed this was the best batch!
