    Hello SIT!
    Thanks for hosting us Amy!
This week I created a brand new page devoted to books I love and recommend. There are some obscure, relatively hard to find titles, as well as my favorite well-known books. The page includes books about cooking, nutrition, and food systems, but I also added a few books on more personal topics like alternative medicine, self-help and spirituality, novels, and writing.
    Best,
    Dori

I will have to check out your Facebook page for your cake. I LOVE anything with the word cake! :)

Speaking of cakes for cookouts: we (like a lot of my area) were out of power the weekend of July 4th, which was also my husband’s birthday weekend. Not to be discouraged, I “baked” a pineapple-upside down cake on the grill for his “surprise” party! Although a bit lopsided, everyone was amazed at how tasty and moist it was.

As always, thanks for hosting Slightly Indulgent Tuesday! I shared Chocolate Chunk Granola Pretzel (Energy) Bars that are top 8 allergen free and refined sugar free.

    Amy Reply:

@Mireya Merritt, Is it a roasted bell pepper salad? It’s showing. It probably just took the linky a few minutes to have it show up.

And, no, I’m not moderating the posts.

Please let me know if that’s not your link and I will get it fixed.
    Thanks!
