The gluten-free, refined sugar-free, vegan, grain-free, allergy-friendly, and just plain healthier foods that are shared here prove that when there’s a will, there’s a way. I’m always inspired by the way those who come here every week create without limitation.

- Recipes DO NOT have to be sugar-free or gluten-free – just healthier in some way. The idea is to share our ideas and inspire each other in the kitchen.

Thank you for hosting. I’m a follower, and this hop is found on a page on my site that lists more than 250 hops, memes, and photo challenges… some for each day of the week. Check under the header for the link to that page. I’ve also just started a BlogFrog community that focuses on hops, carnivals, memes, and photo challenges. Go to http://theblogfrog.com/1504201 to visit & participate.
I hope you’ll visit me soon. I follow back!

Hi Amy,
Do you know if there is any way to subscribe to Mrs. Ed’s R & R besides Twitter? I don’t have capability to tweet… But that site is a gold mine of information (thank you for the intro). I tried to leave a comment there asking but the system wouldn’t let me. For some reason I kept getting in a loop from my google account that was endless. Any ideas? Help? Love her site (and yours) and would like to have it in my mail box or at least, my Yahoo page or some way to know what’s up there. Enjoy a spectacular day!

Help~~~~~~from anyone, please!!! I have to stay on regular food for a few more weeks until I have my endoscopic/biopsy procedure for Celiac!! I am sooo sick, with devastating dizzying headaches compounded with nausea!!!My stomach is always soury………even antacids don’t help!!! Sooo tired & exhausted, yet still can’t sleep (peacefully) I feel anxious all the time!! I’ve been eating fruits, salads for the most part, like chicken or tuna on a bed of lettuce w/tomatoe, or even a hamburger on a bed of lettuce…………no bread whatsoever!!(Is white bread better than wh. wheat?) I don’t know what to really eat without sabbotaging the results of this test cause I can’t go Gluten Free yet!! My tummy hurts if I eat, it hurts if I don’t………yet I’m not really hungry for anything for fear of sickness!! I don’t know how to deal with this dilemma untill I’m tested on the 28th of this month!! Anyone have suggestions?? I’d be forever grateful. I feel like a wuss for complaining, because after all, it’s only a few weeks away & I’ve lived like this for many, many yrs. now, not knowing what was making me sick, but now that I do know (rather feel that I know) these next few weeks are being pure torture!!! Everything on this site looks so yummy & am waiting “patiently” to eat again!!!! Healthier, at least!! Thanx so much, in advance, for any sort of help:-)

@audrey, My best suggestion is to call your doctor and see if they can do anything to help. I’m so sorry you’re having a rough time.
Hugs,
Amy
