My sister-in-law Sandra sent this guest post from Arizona on her experiences making miso (number 67) – I haven’t tried it myself yet anyone like or not like miso? It sounds interesting.

I’m looking forward to seeing how others are indulging in spring via their kitchens this week!
i am enjoying the season extravagantly… by eating as many seasonal spot prawns as possible. One way? My link up this week: Fresh & Seasonal Spot Prawn Shellfish Pot. Yes. I ate all of it. and i’d do it again.

Hi Amy! Hope you’re having a fabulous week! My laundry looks like that too by the way. All the time! I shouldn’t even wash it because it sits in a heap for so long after it’s dried that it’s all just wrinkled and dirty looking again!
I shared my 4th of July Mixed Berry Tart with Dairy-Free Vanilla Bean Custard and Grain-Free Crust as well a simple Watermelon Mint Lemonade. Enjoy!

I used to love wheat thins, but after going grain-free and sugar-free, I decided that there still had to be a way that I could eat them without the gluten. I hope you enjoy my grain-free “wheat” thins!

Amy,
I posted my Strawberry-Orange Cream Sauce. It’s sweetened with stevia. The version with cream was great on a waffle and the coconut milk version good on cheesecake.
