    Hi Amy,

    Hope this SIT finds you well.

    Thank you for highlighting my grain free chocolate tarts. Still working on that crust. I’ve been soaking and drying nuts for better digestion, but sometimes they don’t get dry enough to hold together. I’ll keep at it.

    This week I am sharing:

    (1) Candy Cane Beet, Strawberry and Black Plum Salad with a Ginger Lemon Honey Dressing (gluten free, dairy free, SCD):
    (2) Roasted New Potato Salad (gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and vegan)
