Peachy Keen Ice Cream or Flourless Chocolate Cake — they both sound so good, I don’t know which I’d rather try first! My link this week is for Chicken Mushroom Rice Bake with Homemade Gluten-free Mushroom Sauce. It’s an old family favorite converted to gluten-free that still tastes good! The big plus is that the sauce recipe is included to make from scratch instead trying to buy a flavorful condensed gluten-free mushroom soup. It’s simple and easy to make.

Hello SIT!
Thanks for hosting us Amy!
It’s been a great year for Oregon strawberries and my lavender bush ‘Munstead’ is just beggining to flower heavily – so I thought that you might enjoy this new spin on a very old dish – Lavender Berry Terrine!
Best,
Dori

Hi Amy,
What a great line up of recipes so far! I love seeing the fresh warm weather ingredients come out. We haven’t had much warm weather around Vancouver yet but that hasn’t stopped from loading up on fresh salads.
Today I linked my Chai Tea Frappe, made with Rooibos Tea, it is caffeine free. Plus I’ve added a couple of Quinoa Salads. I can’t seem to get enough quinoa these days.
Be well and have a great week!
