This week I am sharing my latest REAL FOOD 101 post, all about how to make ice cream. I share my recipes for Basic Chocolate Ice Cream as well as Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
And to go along with it, I have a recipe for homemade “Magic” Chocolate Sauce, like the Magic Shell sauce you might have used as a kid. It hardens over the ice cream, and gets more coconut oil into your diet to boot!
