It’s Tuesday again – and that means more healthy recipes!
Last week was filled with chocolate and strangely – cauliflower. Don’t get me wrong, I love cauliflower. But it’s rare that I see multiple recipes featuring it in one week.
Last Week’s Healthier Highlights
My Picks
- Vegan “Peanut Butter” Quinoa Chocolate Cake from The Queen of Quinoa
- Blueberry Lemon Cupcakes from The Tasty Alternative
- Raw Sun-Dried Tomato Crackers from Gluten-Free Cat
- Creamy Cauliflower Casserole from The Non-Dairy Queen
- Chocolate Mint Tea Ice Cream from A Harmony Healing
Reader Favs
- Banana Cookies from The Rice of Life
- Dark Chocolate Flourless Brownies from Tessa the Domestic Diva
Linking Up Guidelines:
- If you leave a link in the comments, my blog will automatically mark it as spam.
- Please link back to this post NOT A STATIC “BLOG PARTY PAGE” so that your readers can find the recipes here.
- Link to your individual post, NOT your home page.
- Recipes DO NOT have to be sugar-free or gluten-free – just healthier in some way. The idea is to share our ideas and inspire each other in the kitchen.

Hi Amy,
Thank you so much for featuring my blueberry lemon cupcakes this week. They are my favorite!! I added strawberries in place of the blueberries and created an entirely different treat. You’ll see that I’m going a little nuts with the strawberries right now!
This week I’m sharing 3 recipes:
(1) Chicken, Mango and Black Bean Salad with a Vegan Cilantro Lime Sauce (SCD friendly)
(2) El Salvadoran Cabbage Salad: Curtido (SCD Friendly)
(3) Strawberry Cantaloupe Popsicles (sugar free) & Strawberry Teff Pancakes (allergy-friendly) – in the same post. We went strawberry picking so I’m going a little crazy with the strawberries!!
Have a great rest of your week.
Hugs,
–Amber

I have two recipes this week. First, try my latest REAL FOOD 101 post, all about how to make yogurt dough. Yogurt dough is from Nourishing Traditions and is great for a variety of recipes, from pie crust to pizza crust to crackers. Plus, it’s soaked overnight, which is great!
Finally, with that yogurt dough I made a real food version of French Silk Pie, complete with whole cane sugar-sweetened whipped cream on top! You’re welcome
