Another week of fabulous food made healthier in so many different ways – gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, dairy-free, nutrient dense, and just good, healthy food. It’s always fun to find recipes here that I would feel good about feeding my family.

Hi Amy,
Thank you so much for highlighting my coconut milk yogurt! Today I shared my delicious grilled grass fed tri tip roast.I also posted two articles about grass fed meat. This meat has no additives so no worries about the meat being injected with a solution containing gluten. If you only want recipes please forgive me (and delete them) and let me know — I will make a note for next week. Many thank!

Hi Amy! I am sharing my recipe for Cinnamon Tea Cookies. This recipe is gluten free, but it can be made with “regular” flour if you don’t have issues with gluten.
Thanks for hosting!

Marinated artichoke and black olive pizza, on a wild and brown rice-based crust! Gluten free, but does contain egg and I used pecorino romano, which could be left off or a non-dairy sub could be used.
