There are so many interesting links this week!
I shared my recipe for Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes. This recipe is gluten free, but it can be made with “regular” flour if you don’t have issues with gluten.
I also made this recipe with nitrite and nitrate free bacon from Trader Joe’s in place of the blueberries- yum!
Thanks for hosting!

Hi Amy! I shared a recipe for chicken noodle soup that is gluten free. We called it “Black Bean and Chicken Tamale Soup” because the masa harina noodles reminded us of tamales.
Thank you for hosting this link-up! I have friends who need gluten recipes and sharing your blog with them has been a blessing.

Hi, thank you for hosting! I’m sharing my no-can scratch marinara recipe. Being a cycling and running household we eat a ton of pasta. I was tired of buying jar sauce with mystery ingredients and dismayed when I couldn’t find a scratch recipe that didn’t contain canned tomato something. So, I made my own! This is #1 in my series – roma tomato, roasted red pepper & basil. Enjoy! (#77)

Hi Amy! How’s the baby? They grow so fast don’t they? I shared my Skinny GF Low Glycemic Chocolate Chip cookies this week. I’m crazy about cookies but the fat and sugar has always been tough to cut out or you end up with either a flat cookie or a scone. After lots of trial and error these are pretty close to the original “Toll House” that I love, hope your readers like them too. Have a wonderful week!! hugs xx Ali the Skinny GF Chef

@Ali Williams, Yes, he is growing faster than I’m ready for. Almost 12 pounds and I wasn’t ready for him to get to 10 pounds. Excited to see your recipe. I know what you mean about low fat, low sugar cookies. I figured out a great recipe that’s in my book but I want to compare notes.
