This week I am kicking things off with another old-fashioned candy recipe, and this one is GAPS-legal! I am sharing my tried and true version of honey-sweetened Almond Roca, with an optional GAPS-legal chocolate layer (you could also sub my white chocolate recipe for that layer). Just in time for Easter baskets :)

    Hi Miz Amy,
It is nice to have you back. We all understand the demands of a small child and how we wouldn’t have it any other way. Nate is adorable! I am sharing my garden veggie dish Green Peas N’ Potatoes with Lemon Mint Sauce. Thanks for hosting and have a wonderful Easter with your new baby boy and Joe!
    Hugs!

Also, I finally put up my tried and true recipe for Bacon, Egg, and Cheese “Muffins”. It’s one of my favorite bulk/make-ahead meals, especially since breakfast can get in a rut sometimes and it’s nice to spice it up!
