Thanks so much for coming by Slightly Indulgent Tuesday!! I am so excited that we’ve been getting over 100 healthy recipes every week! It’s absolutely amazing how creative and passionate you are about healthier food.
Sorry – no healthy highlights this week! Maggie told me that maternity leave in Canada is 12 months. I might move. Really – with a little one it’s hard to get anything done besides take care of him. I’m not complaining at all. I wouldn’t miss a minute of being with him.
I do have something else to share though….

f you like gluten free baking, then you will love The Blender Girl’s April Giveaway!

I am sharing my tried and true version of honey-sweetened Almond Roca, with an optional GAPS-legal chocolate layer (you could also sub my white chocolate recipe for that layer). Hi Miz Amy,
It is nice to have you back. We all understand the demands of a small child and how we wouldn’t have it any other way. Nate is adorable! I am sharing my garden veggie dish Green Peas N’ Potatoes with Lemon Mint Sauce. Thanks for hosting and have a wonderful Easter with your new baby boy and Joe!
Hugs!

How do you make polenta even better?? Is it possible. heck yeah! Put an egg on it! …and while you’re at it, why not some blue cheese, pistachios, and wild mushrooms!

Also, I finally put up my tried and true recipe for Bacon, Egg, and Cheese “Muffins”. It’s one of my favorite bulk/make-ahead meals, especially since breakfast can get in a rut sometimes and it’s nice to spice it up!
