Linking Up Guidelines: PLEASE Read!
- Please link back to this post so that your readers can find the recipes here.
- Link to your individual post, NOT your home page.
- Recipes DO NOT have to be sugar-free or gluten-free – just healthier in some way. The idea is to share our ideas and inspire each other in the kitchen.
- Please don’t link give-aways and book reviews without recipes or contests – the intent of this event is to compile recipes that give people options.
- (Optional) When you link, please tell us who you are and what you’re cooking. For example, I might enter:
Elana’s Strawberry Cupcakes (Amy @ Simply Sugar & Gluten Free)
Note to those reading this in e-mail: You can’t see the photos of all the delicious food everyone is sharing. Please click through to www.SimplySugarAndGlutenFree.com and browse some of the recipes…I’m sure you’ll find something to inspire you.

So weird but cool to think that this is the last SIT I’ll link to before having met you.

Hi, Amy. Thanks for hosting once again.
I shared my recipe for Steel-cut Oat Porridge with a Date Pecan Compote. It is like eating Pudding for breakfast! I’ll hope you’ll try it and let me know what you think.

Hi Amy! I am sharing my recipe for Dairy Free Carrot Cake Ice Cream. This is actually a pretty healthy recipe because it doesn’t have any added sugar!
Thanks for hosting!

Hi Amy,
This week I’m linking Peanut Butter Cookies with Cashews (GF, CF) — in the belief that gluten-free food should also be nutritious…full of fiber, vitamins and minerals just like everyone should have. Even cookies can have some healthy ingredients along with their sweetness: whole grains, high protein flours, nuts and eggs. For example, when I made these, I used your High Protein Flour Mix. It worked well!
Hugs,
Pat
