    This week I am sharing my take on steljes.com a skillet cookie, which is cookie dough baked in a cast iron skillet! I love it because it’s faster, easier, iron-rich, and you can cut the cookies into wedges. You can even eat a wedge warm with a scoop of ice cream on it. Yum!

    OMG, Nourished 2013 will be in Dallas? I love you! :) :) :) I was planning on going already but now I won’t have to travel. (well, neither will you!) I am so so glad this year was such a success. Great job to you – you are amazing! I’m sharing my green pea hummus this week.

    I shared my recipe for Molasses Spice Granola. It has a lot less sugar than traditional granola does and is an awesome munchy! Plus, I added some ground chia seeds in there for extra benefit. :) Thanks for hosting!

    I’m so glad it was a success…but how could it not be! I hope to attend one day. Congratulations Amy!!

    This week I am sharing another 3 recipes: soup, salad and dessert. Ah, the perfect dinner lineup!

    (1) A radicchio salad with warm fennel and apple topped with fresh squeezed orange juice (SCD Friendly)

    (2) And roasted cauliflower soup with curry and coconut (Vegan, dairy free, gluten free, SCD, ACD).

    (3) Key Lime Pie (dairy free gluten free, cane-sugar free, SCD)
