    Thanks for hosting even though you are busy studying! I’m sharing a recipe for Red Grape Muffins, they are indulgent since they are neither sugar nor gluten free.

    I’d love to learn how to substitute gluten flour for non gluten flour, do you know where I can find information on “how to”?

    @esther linton, I have never tried coconut for the cashwes because my husband doesn’t like coconut…you can try it and see what you think. :)
