I&#039;m still trying different recipes in your new cookbook. It&#039;s hard to choose what I might try next with so many choices, but what I&#039;ve cooked so far has been wonderful. I like the notes you give with each recipe, too!

The Roast Chicken with Savory Vegetables I&#039;ve linked this week is GF, CF (and corn-free, dairy-free, egg-free, lactose-free, low-glycemic, nut-free, soy-free, sugar-free and yeast-free).  But, it&#039;s still part of a healthy gluten-free diet, regardless of what Dr. Oz may think.
