Good morning Amy! I’ve got a great brownie recipe today – it’s sugar free, gluten free, and vegan, but makes up for that with plenty of chocolate, of course! The only thing you’ll miss is the guilt :)

I’m linking Southwestern Kale Chips, not because they are new to the gluten-free world, but because they’re new to me! And I’m loving that they taste slightly indulgent and are replacing my tortilla chips cravings.

Can’t wait to order your book!

Grain-free/yeast free bread! I’m so excited about this and anxious to get back in the kitchen and really perfect it (though it’s totally delicious as-is, I’m just a perfectionist!)

If the power stays on during this blizzard, I plan to take advantage of being “snowed in.” ;)

    Hi Amy- thanks for hosting!
Today I am sharing my recipe for Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. This recipe is gluten free, but it can be made with “regular” flour if you don’t have an issue with gluten.

I’ve got a healthier version of a classic Chocolate Chunk cookie, (my favorite). I think I have a gluten/dairy/corn/egg/soy/refined sugar free cookie that tastes as good as the regular cookies I grew up on. :)

As always, you rock, Amy! :)

As a nasty winter storm is arriving outside, I’m entering a quick and easy salad that I made from my pantry and refrigerator: Corn, Tomato, Celery and Onion Salad. It makes a great lunch, or a dinner side dish.

    Stay warm!
