Linking Up Guidelines:
- If you leave a link in the comments, my blog will automatically mark it as spam.
- Please link back to this post NOT A STATIC “BLOG PARTY PAGE” so that your readers can find the recipes here.
- Link to your individual post, NOT your home page.
- Recipes DO NOT have to be sugar-free or gluten-free – just healthier in some way. The idea is to share our ideas and inspire each other in the kitchen.
- When you link, please tell us what you’re cooking. For example, I might enter: How to Swap Your Sweeteners

Hello Amy,
Hope you’re well. I’m sure you’re feeling that little baby move about like crazy! I remember those precious little kicks and pokes. So sweet.
This week I am sharing my “Go Ahead Honey” submission. One of my favorite drinks to enjoy on a cold winter night: “A Bowl of Soul” made with almond milk, chamomile and honey.
Have a wonderful week!
Hugs,
–Amber

Amy,
Somehow I messed up and added my link twice. I’m sorry! Can you please delete one. (I wish you a peaceful birth!)

I hope it’s ok that this week I posted a personal story instead of a recipe. After a year gluten free I undertook a gluten challenge. It came to a crashing halt this weekend, so I have shared my very personal story of what gluten did to me, and why I’m never eating the stuff again!

Happy Tuesday, Amy! I’m linking up a Cilantro Orange Salad Dressing that I can’t get enough of. I haven’t found anything that it doesn’t compliment yet.

Hi Amy! I’m linking up a muffin recipe that uses strawberry agave as the sweetener that was a nice treat as my poor broken foot heals. My son is becoming quite the chef this week as he cooks for his mom. Have a lovely week.

I had Slightly Indulgent Tuesdays in mind when I wrote this chocolate milk recipe with some Nourishing Traditions inspired ingredients… and some experimentation with homemade buttermilk… Hope you like it.

Over at ORN we’re into the second week of the GAPS Challenge! You can see the progress here, in the comments:
And then I have also consolidated a few of my favorite GAPS resources for easy viewing. It can get a little overwhelming to find GAPS recipes, especially when you first start. Hopefully this will help! I have another one planned for next week too, part two, if you will.

Hi Amy, this time I have posted a recipe for my Herbed Goat Cheese Ball. If anyone is dairy or casein-free it could also be made with dairy-free cream cheese. Thanks again for Slightly Indulgent Tuesday

Hello! I’m new around here and *did not read the directions.* I feel silly for posting a link in my comment without checking your link-up format first. I must say that your theme for the link up is a great one. Tonight I shared a recipe for Easy Chicken and Vegetable Pot Pie. I make the crust with flaxseed and olive oil instead of butter or shortening to up the nutritional value. Inside the pie you will find roasted chicken and a good serving of vegetables per slice.
