This week I’m sharing chunky roasted applesauce. For Friday after Thanksgiving brunch we had it with buckwheat pancakes and maple-spiced fresh ham. The meal was a big hit and there was no leftover sauce.
I just saw your Thanksgiving pics. OMG your little tyke is so dapper in his Dad-lookalike white button-down shirt! And he looks so much like Mommy. My baby happenings share: our 14-month-old grandson called me Nana for the first time on Thanksgiving day, so I was smitten all over again.

So many goodies here this week — I’m having trouble getting past the pictures to comment! Your Apple Butter looks beautiful, and I know I’d love to smell it cooking, especially since it wouldn’t burn in the slow cooker (I’ve had that problem in the past…a little impatience is BAD for apple butter). My link this week is also for apples — a family tradition converted to gluten-free: Pennsylvania Dutch Apple Tart.
