Hello Amy! I’m posting a simple “how to” for all those pumpkin puree want to be’s. My 14 year old daughter helped me. I continue to train and prepare her to be a keeper of her home one day. blessings ~ Carmen

Amy, I’ve been a little busy this past week with the General Mills Gluten-Free Bloggers Summit and vacation, so I linked up the Indian dish I made for Go Ahead Honey recently. Some folks have already made it and liked it. :-) Loving all the goodness here today!

Can’t believe Thursday is my turn hosting A Gluten-Free Holiday … time is flying! ;-)

    Hugs,
    Shirley

So many delicious recipes already here, I wish I could try all of them!

My addition is GF Pumpkin Bread with Honey & Maple, so it’s low Glycemic Index, as well as dairy-, lactose- and soy-free.

I’ve missed ya’ll so much! Things have been so busy here and I took a short break from blogging and carnivals, but hopefully I am back!

I modified this queso from a vegan blog. Still vegan, but more nutrient dense with the flax and umeboshi now, and absolutely amazing. Your dairy-loving friends will not know it’s not cheese, unless you tell them! Ask me how I know… heh- heh!
