Amy…thanks so much for the feature! Here is another recipe that I have been working on…Gluten and Dairy free Pumpkin Cheesecake. I had hoped to get the post out in time for Thanksgiving, but it didn’t work out quite as I planned LOL. At least, we were able to enjoy this flavorful cheesecake for our Thanksgiving dinner.

Ah, shucks. Thank you for featuring my noodle recipe.
I haven’t anything new to bring to the party this week because we are still working our way through turkey leftovers. *sigh* My husband’s company likes to buy everyone a turkey and I have a hard time passing up free food. So it was turkey, turkey with noodles, turkey with biscuits, and turkey sandwiches. In the crock pot we have a turkey stock brewing away and there are packages of turkey in the freezer for a pie and sandwiches.
