Thank you once again for being a part of Slightly Indulgent Tuesday! This weekly linky party is a great resource for so many people. Just this past week, Shelly, a faithful reader here, left this comment:
“I really appreciate your blog and all your recipes! I have learned so much and I give myself a 30 minute (or more break on Tuesdays to pin recipes from the Slightly Indulgent Tuesdays.”
Thank you to all of you for helping make Slightly Indulgent Tuesday a valued resource!
Last week there were nearly 100 recipes here at SIT. If you didn’t get a chance to peruse them, take some time today. If you’re looking for some last-minute Thanksgiving inspiration, be sure to check out these Gluten-Free Thanksgiving Favorites and my most recent recipe for Vegan Butternut Mac & Cheese. Any of these recipes would made a delicious and gluten-free addition to your holiday meal!

Hi Amy! Tonight I posted Sweet Potato Noodles with Apples, Almonds and Baby Kale. The kids were demanding “just noodles,” so I used a Jedi Kitchen Trick and snuck in a vegetable. Ha!

Hi Amy, I can’t wait to take a look at these!
I am still teaching and will be off for the holidays this afternoon. Mom took a fall and is on her back so I will be making a brisket for thanksgiving (can’t compete with her turkey and oyster dressing…not even going to try this year!) So I will be perusing the yummies posted as soon as get home this afternoon! Thanks everyone!
Wishing you, Joe and Nate the happiest Thanksgiving ever!
We all have so much to be grateful for don’t we? And as always I am grateful to have you to check in with! Blessings my friend!

@Christianne, I will be praying for you Mom, Christianne. I am so sorry. She is quite lucky to have you. Actually, brisket sounds lovely!! I am not cooking this year (UGH!!) because we were invited to spend the holiday with close friends who might as well be family. I am very grateful to spend the day with them.
Yes, we do have so much to be grateful for. And YOU are on my list too, as always.
xoxo,
Amy
