It has been awhile since I have shared as well and I’m excited to share with you two incredible new recipes, Maple Leaf Cream Cookies (similar to Trader Joes’) and Apple Fritters (omit the apple and cinnamon, toss in powdered sugar and they taste just like a New Orlean’s Beignet!).
