Welcome back to Slightly Indulgent Tuesday — a great place to share your healthier recipe and discover new ones! Last week we had 116 recipes at SIT. Thanks for taking the time to share yours today and check out the others.
In case you missed it, on Sunday I shared an easy recipe for an Easy One-Pot Meal of Pork Chops, Onions, and Brussels Sprouts. When I say easy, I mean easy. It takes only about 10-15 minutes to prepare and then finishes off in the oven for about an hour. Be sure to check it out.

Hi Amy. As always thanks for hosting!
I’m sharing Baby Girl’s 1st Birthday Cake – a Harvest Spice Cake with Pineapple Filling – that was such a success we caught her licking her plate!
The recipe is baby friendly, packed with vegetables, fruit, and a bit of Omega 3s. Yet it’s also allergy friendly, containing no refined sugars, dairy, eggs, nuts, nor soy (with a gluten free option).

Hi Amy — I really like easy meals like your one-pot pork chop dinner! Today I’ve brought my Easy Meatballs recipe for everyone to try — it’s good over pasta, zucchini, spaghetti squash or shredded cabbage, or even a split, toasted ciabatta.

Good Morning!
This week, I’m sharing how to make homemade yogurt in a crockpot. It’s incredibly easy and so delicious and creamy, especially if made with whole milk. Great way to get probiotics that are essential for digestive health.
Thanks for hosting! Enjoy!
