Oh goodness! So exciting my Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer was a Reader Fave – thank you, Amy! This week I’m sharing my recipe for a 5 lbs beef round roast recipe that I use to make lunch meat. It’s SO much cheaper than buying nitrate free lunch meat – and tastier too!
    Hugs,

I’m new here. Thanks for hosting!

I blog about minimizing toxins and food allergens in order to heal the digestive system and work toward better health and overall wellness. Today I’m sharing a delicious twist on the traditional peanut butter cookie recipe, without any peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, grains or refined sugar.

    Have a happy, healthy day!

Hi Amy! I’m a day late, but have a fabulous vegan lasagna to link up. The noodles are all veggies, so it’s naturally gluten free. Thanks for hosting!
