    Hi Amy,
My second baby had quite a few upset tummies his first few months, especially before I discovered a couple of things about him: first, that he did not want to go to bed on a full stomach, and second, he wanted to go to bed around 7:00 every evening. After that his bedtimes were peaceful for all of us. He still had some upset tummies during the day, but not at night. I wish I’d figured that out a lot sooner!

I’ve linked some easy Banana Peanut Butter Muffins this week — they make a good breakfast, snack or bring-your-own rations.

Best wishes for a better week for Luke!
    Pat

    Hi Amy!

My youngest daughter used to spit up quite a bit, but it wasn’t much of a problem at night. Maybe a dropper of diluted peppermint tea would help him? I hope it gets better quick for you. Those lost hours of sleep can be tough when you have more than one kid to tend to!

Hi Amy, Thanks for hosting! This week I shared a recipe for Tropical Flank Steak. It’s a camping or picnic favorite of mine, but it’s great just grilled at home too.

I’m heading over to see your freezer meals next. I’m years past being a busy new mom, but there are times when we all need to pull a ready-to-cook meal out of the freezer.

Sorry to hear about Luke. Hope he feels better.

On a lighter note, I linked up with Club Narwhal to blog swap – and she created a tasty recipe for Patatas Bravas with Red Sauce and Garlic Aioli.

    Thank you for hosting!

Thanks for featuring my smoothie Amy! I’m so sorry to hear about your little one. My two kids never slept as babies and cried all day and night so I can sympathize completely. Fingers crossed it will pass soon xxx

Just found your site and looking forward to recipes and sharing. If your little one only gets relief after throwing up, it could be a food allergy, especially certain fruits(fruits can be big culprits when they are infants) even banana(I love them but people with latex allergies sometimes react to banana), pineapple(my son, caused severe reflux and projectile vomiting(ER severe); discovered when I nursed him after eating pineapple) etc. See if anything different has been added.
