    Hi Amy,

    Hope your summer is going well so far. Busy busy on this end with the kiddos and working on the weekends. But it’s all good. Everyone is healthy and happy!

    I haven’t shared recipes in a while, so playing catch up. I’ve shared a few of my most recent recipes, a raw cereal, tropical ice cream, my daughter’s birthday cake, and how-to make homemade roasted almond butter.

    I shared Lemon Pound Cake Pudding. It helps control appetite and stimulate weight loss as well as reduce the craving for chips, fries, and other greasy foods (which I’m a sucker for!). It’s a cool and slimming snack on a hot summer day.
