    Happy Tuesday! I’m excited to share a sweet frozen treat, Cherry Berry Cardamom Pops. They’re darker and slightly heavier than the regular fruit juice pop I had as a kid.

    Hi Amy – just started poking around your site today. VERY COOL!!! I’ve lost 55 pounds since last May doing SS and GF and calorie restriction (with supervision!). I can not believe how true your statements are about “allergy”! I’ve tried to explain to others when they have commented on the weight loss – especially when they ask about when i am going to eat “normal”. But I think the case may be that unless you experience this first hand, it’s quite hard to digest – literally! This is the BEST I have ever felt in my life. As I enter maintenance phase of this lifestyle, grateful for pages like yours that provide great variety – and shared experience. Keep up the great work – and thanks. Heidi
