    @Heather @Gluten-Free Cat, Sounds so fun!! I think we’re going to skip church. Nate just got over a bad cold and I don’t want to drop him in the nursery on the busiest day of the year. And, he just won’t sit through service. Life is so different with kids!! Enjoy your brunch! I’m cooking at home. Joe can’t wait for his Easter ham.

    @Peggy, Happy Easter to you, too, Peggy! What’s on your menu??

    @Amy,

    Probably leftovers. Not very fun, but when in-laws plan a get together for 3pm and will be loaded with butter, milk, and cheese there is not much for me to eat!

    @Shannon @ A Cozy Place Called Home, You’re welcome! I love coconut pie – Joe doesn’t though so I don’t make it often.

    @Lauren, They sound great. I have been thinking more about grain-free baking. I really enjoy coconut flour. What’s your favorite flour to use?

    [Reply]

    Lauren Reply:

    For grain-free, I like almond meal/flour. I’ve been wanting to try grinding up pistachios and use it as well, but haven’t yet. I imagine it would have a stronger taste though. :-)
