    Hi Amy!

Thinking of you in your days of anticipation. A blogger from my state, Iowa Girl Eats, is a few days past her due date and posted a recipe for eggplant, supposedly a labor-inducer. :)

This week I shared prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, a simple but impressive appetizer or party snack.

Thanks for hosting, and can’t wait to hear your news.

Sharing a new dish for Fig Mint Salad – a fun, easy bit of summer.

    Thanks for hosting. :)

Hi, Amy! While I am not eating completely gluten free, I love trying GF recipes. I posted three variations of the famous Biggest Loser Oatmeal pancakes. I am a little obsessed with them :) Thanks for hosting!

Hi Amy, I am linking my recipe first time and hope to do it more often. Its not sugar free but its not too sweet either. The fresh berry sauce is just delicious with the soft moist cakes.
