It’s the Valentine’s Day edition of SIT! I love when this event falls on a holiday – it’s so fun to see all the creativity in your festive dishes.
Today also marks the first day of my maternity leave so SIT will be short and sweet for a while. I’ll still have new posts from some of my dearest blogging friends every week so make sure to stop by.
Linking Up Guidelines:
- If you leave a link in the comments, my blog will automatically mark it as spam.
- Please link back to this post NOT A STATIC “BLOG PARTY PAGE” so that your readers can find the recipes here.
- Link to your individual post, NOT your home page.
- Recipes DO NOT have to be sugar-free or gluten-free – just healthier in some way. The idea is to share our ideas and inspire each other in the kitchen.
- When you link, please tell us what you’re cooking.

Hi Amy,
I think you left the “l” out of Indulgent in the post title. I shared bacon and ranch roasted cauliflower. It’s awesome!
Have a great week,

Hi Amy,
Thanks for hosting Slightly Indulgent Tuesdays. I love it!
I submitted a recipe for my Banana Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries, but there was a thumbnail issue and now I do not see the link showing up. I hope it will eventually be posted. Could you let me know if there is a problem and I need to try to post it again or something.
Thanks!
Happy Valentines Day.

Hi Amy- Happy Maternity Leave! It goes by so quickly! If Baby Green hasn’t come yet, just prop up your feet and enjoy these last few days and try to get as comfortable as possible!
I shared my grain-free graham cracker pie crust and grain-free chocolate granola with dried strawberries. I’ll ship some to you once the baby comes since you’ll probably be on cooking maternity leave too!

Linky parties are the shit, aren’t they??
This week I’ve linked up my endive “Cup” risotto balls – that’s right. I took everything that goes into an endive cup and pimped it out with cheesy, carbohydrate goodness
It may not be healthy but the ingredients are real, whole, and in moderation, a little real, whole junk food never hurt anybody
Thank you so much for hosting!
