Wow, I want THAT meal for my birthday dinner too! It’s too late now, but maybe next year? Joe is a lucky guy. I can imagine how exhausted you were the evening, but you put such an effort into making his day special. The love the two of you have between each other is awesome. And these potatoes? Yum! I love scalloped potatoes.

What a wonderful scalloped potato recipe and birthday menu, Amy. Also, what a sweetheart you are and how lucky Joe is too. All of these dishes are comfort food at its best. I love the way you made these scalloped potatoes special with the gruyere and cheddar.
