Just want to say thank you for sharing this recipe. I have made it so many times, and everyone who tries it loves and wants the recipe. I put it in the My-Favorite-Recipes index cards in the kitchen so I can always check it quickly to make sure I'm not forgetting anything. Craving it again tonight and just wanted to express my appreciation!

Thanks for the great recipe! I found your site by googling 'raw kale salad,' which I pretty much universally love, but I tend to make more complex ones (there's a great but oily caesar slaw recipe with raw kale on epicurious--healthy fats!) and so it's exciting to have one where I just whip out the food processor and go. I left out the red cabbage b/c I didn't have any on hand and used raw pumpkin seeds instead of sesame seeds and of course, it's still delicious.

LOVE raw kale and purple cabbage! I am 7 months pregnant and CRAVE raw fruit and veggies. The Whole Foods salad bar has been my source for delicious cabbage, kale, and cherry tomatoes. It's nice to know there are other Moms out there who love to eat good and healthy! :)
