I was on Good Day Texas yesterday morning (Channel 4 in Dallas) sharing about the Gluten & Allergen-Free Expo, which is this weekend, and one of my favorite fruit crisps made with quinoa flakes.
Details about this weekend’s Expo are at the bottom of this post.
The entire Good Day staff was lovely – and they loved my food. Their producer raved about my Pear & Blackberry Crisp. Whenever someone who’s not gluten-free enjoys my cooking it warms my heart.
Watch the TV spot and look for the baby bump – it’s plain as day and darn cute! Baby Green has grown so much that my chef coat won’t button at the bottom any more.

Make sure to hop over to Fox 4 News and get the recipe for my gluten-free, refined sugar-free Pear & Blackberry Crisp. I think it’ll become a favorite in your home.

You are so adorable–and a natural! And that host was a riot, too–cutting butter with a whisk!! The recipe looks great. I love crisps
Congrats, Amy (such a cute baby bump, too).

@Ricki, The funny part is that I explained to him ahead of time how to do it and he said he was all for getting his hands dirty. Maybe he changed his mind once the camera was rolling.

Amy

@Sheila Hock, I hope my mother is very proud!
All those years of teaching elementary school have paid off…I know a little about talking to an audience.
Love you,
Amy
