Thanks for stopping by! Make sure to subscribe to my monthly newsletter for content not on my blog. And, don't forget to get my recipes in your inbox!

While most of the country is celebrating Memorial Day, Joe and I will be packing boxes. We’re moving next week so life is kind of hectic right now. Nate is fascinated with all the boxes, tape, and packing supplies. He likes to pull things out of the boxes faster than I can get them in.

On another note, for those of you new to navigating summer cookouts, check out the article I wrote for Life Your Way: Surviving Summer Cookouts on an Allergy-Friendly Diet. I’ve included five great tips for enjoying yourself no matter what.

Raw Lemon Cheesecake Bars

Lemon Cheesecake Bars 1

Removing dairy from my diet has completely impacted how I bake. I still miss it – not how sick it made me – but I miss the creaminess, the simplicity, the ease with which I could pull cream cheese, Greek yogurt, or sour cream out of the refrigerator and whip up a lovely dessert. But, [...]
