    Hi Amy,

    Not to discount the giveaway or anything, but I’m confused… I thought you eliminated refined sugar and flour from your diet? Though the KIND bars are gluten-free, some flavors contain 16g of added sugar. I understand that the two you are promoting contain less than 5g, but I feel people might get the wrong idea that KIND bars are great for a low sugar/flour diet. Eat two of the “Almond & Apricot in Yogurt” flavor and you have surpassed the recommended daily allowance for women for a day.

    I love your story and follow your blog, but thought it was strange to see KIND bars recommended by you.
