    Happy Birthday SS&GF!

Amy, your blog was one of the first gluten-free blogs I discovered when I first went gluten-free two years ago. Your recipes, stories, photos and love shine through every post and it truly was part of the reason why I started the Queen of Quinoa. It has been great getting to know you and finally meeting you at Nourished. You have helped build such an amazing community and I can’t thank you enough! Can’t wait for many more years ahead!

Thank you so much for taking the time to create for this blog. When I found out I had serious problems with my blood sugar my husband and I removed all white foods from our diet. We drink coffee with agave and tea with honey. I felt better but still not good and then we made the gluten free connection and now I feel great. Finding gluten free recipes was easy but recipes that also had no sugar, not so easy. Then I found you.
    So… I am thankful for a husband/best friend of 32 years.
    Renewed health and energy and..

Starting out on my blog after Nourished I can so related to the excitement of my first comment from Ricki at Diet, Dessert and Dogs last week. The rest of the comments have been from my mother. It reminded me of the scene in Julie & Julia when Julie’s mom responds to her blog posts.

Congratulations Amy on doing so much for people with gluten sensitivities and sharing your vision and extreme organizational skills at Nourished. So happy it was in my home town too. I look forward to seeing what the next three years bring you. Peace, Jenilyn

Happy blog birthday!!! Thanks for sharing all your successes and failures with us. We learn so much from both!!! I love your sourdough bread. I make two loaves every week. I’m trying to streamline my kitchen so I mix up your garfava AP flour and then all the dry ingredients for the bread and store it. Come bread making time it’s that much faster.

    1. I’m thankful for the love and grace of Jesus poured out in my life.
    2. I’m thankful for my husband, children, and all my family.
    3. I’m thankful for the freedoms that we still have in our country and God’s provisions and protection so that I can stay home with my kiddos and educated them as we see fit.
