    I so wish all your recipes were egg free, too, as my son can’t eat eggs! It’s SO hard to find something that is gluten, diary, AND egg free! :(

    @April, You could substitute chia or flax meal for the egg. 1 T chia or flax meal to 3 T of warm water, let sit on the counter to gel up a few minutes before adding to your recipe.
