Amy- You Rock!!!! Congrats. You will have a blast. I used to go to those food shows as a vendor with a wholesale meat house, DeBragga & Spitler. Sure miss the foodies in NYC. Make sure you hit all of the great gluten free stops.

@abbie, Thanks, Abbie! I try to keep it simple. I used to teach elementary school and I often see the 'teacher' in me coming out in my blog. Really, though, it's people like you that make all the time and effort and botched recipes worth it.
