Thank you so much to everyone who supported me in the FoodSpring.com “Most Exciting Food Experience” contest. Because of your votes, I’ll be attending The Fancy Food Show held at the Jacob K. Javots Center in New York City from June 27 – 29th.
It was truly amazing to have the support of the gluten-free community and all my bloggy friends. You each have a very special place in my heart.
What’s Next…
In less than three weeks, I’ll be armed with my media pass hunting out the best new products so I can share them with you. What could be more exciting than rows and rows of specialty food?
Maybe rows and rows of gluten-free, sugar-free food…believe me, I’ll find it and give you the skinny.
FoodSpring.com
My gratitude to FoodSpring.com for hosting this contest. It was an honor to be chosen as a contestant.
If you haven’t had time to check out the FoodSpring.com Foodie community, now would be a great time to stop by and create your very own account. It just takes a few minutes and it’s free.
As a member of the community, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in contests hosted by FoodSpring.com. Who knows – maybe you’ll be going to the next food show!
Just a little info about The Fancy Food Show:
- 180,o00+ specialty food products will be featured
- 2,400 specialty food vendors will be in attendance
- over 24,000 attendees are expected
Stay tuned….more details to come!

congratulations! I can just feel your excitement in your post! How wonderful! I can’t wait to hear about your experience.
You know, one of the reasons I follow your blog is because you have been such a culinary inspiration to me. Going GF isn’t easy, and I have picked up so many tips from you and your recipes, we’ll I can’t even count them all. Really, thank you so much for sharing your talent, inspiration, and support to a gal just trying to keep herself and her family healthy. I am sure others out there would echo the same.

@abbie, Thanks, Abbie! I try to keep it simple. I used to teach elementary school and I often see the ‘teacher’ in me coming out in my blog.
Really, though, it’s people like you that make all the time and effort and botched recipes worth it.

Amy- You Rock!!!! Congrats. You will have a blast. I used to go to those food shows as a vendor with a wholesale meat house, DeBragga & Spitler. Sure miss the foodies in NYC. Make sure you hit all of the great gluten free stops.
