    @InTolerant Chef, Yes, he would. We ended up with roasted chicken, lentils, steamed broccoli, apple crisp, and homemade ice cream. He was in heaven.

    Happy Father’s Day! Those yeasted buckwheat pancakes look great and they don’t include eggs. I have a similar recipe that uses garbanzo bean flour and buckwheat and it’s my favorite thing for breakfast. I’m looking forward to trying out yours.
