Hi, Amy,
We don't really celebrate anything, officially, which is fine with me, but it does get a little sad around some holidays without 'big' plans. But whenever I do have 'big' plans, I pine for time at home with my husband and kids. The grass is always greener on someone else's plans.
Warm regards,
Nicole

My mom is fixing the tradional french easter meal which is leg of lamb with white beans. Not my favortie but i am sooo grateful that she is still loving life and living well enough to cook for her family.
One hitch, my godchild is bringing a coconut cake(wheat and sugar filled) for dessert. I would like to make and bring the flourless chocolate cake you showcased above but i don't have a springform pan except for a cheesecake pan. Is there another way I can bake the cake until I can purchase one?
btw, I received Abby's email from iHerb! yeah!
Have a wonderful Easter... much love, Christianne

Just stumbled across your blog and excited to try some of your sugar-free recipes. I was diagnosed in 2002 with hypoglycemia. Looking forward to using alternatives to sugar that are on the low end of the glycemic index as far as sweeteners go. THANK YOU for posting them!

Oh, I could really go for some of your angel food cake right about now! A quiet holiday is good, but I agree, being away from family can be hard. I hope you enjoy your holiday!

We're going to have to make the Blueberry Tiramisu soon, it looks fabulous Amy! (actually, it ALL looks amazing)

This is Glutenista's 5th year hosting Easter, total guest count is up to 27 (15 adults,12 kids). But luckily we're prepared with great easy recipes & a huge Excel spreadsheet, so we're not nervous at all! Our Menu: http://www.glutenista.com/gluten-free-easter-recipes-from-glutenista-gluten-free.html
