I wanted to know if you could tell me a good place to buy the different flours I use, also do you have a brand of gluten free products that you like to use? I need a good bread recipe or product. Anyway can you email me at chiefjoseph25@yahoo.com and let me know and if there are other tips out there I would love to hear it all. I am your biggest fan:) I will be watching this blog always

@Angela Bigelow, My Resource page lists where I buy many of the ingredients here at SS&GF. I do have a bread recipe, too.

As far as buying bread, I recently bought Udi’s and it’s really good. I’m so glad to know that you’re enjoying my blog. Hugs!

This site is absolutely amazing! I have been searching for any recipes that were gluten and sugar-free and was really struggling until I found your site. I am a dessert fanatic and for medical reasons am now gluten and sugar-free. So just seeing the picture of the Mounds Bars above gave me some hope that I did not have to give up all those lovely desserts!

Sounds like a great book to me. I’m trying to make healthier desserts especially as my 16 month old son wants to eat whatever I have.

Amy I am so glad to have found your site.
I cook for a family of 6. My eldest son has Autism so he is gf/cf/sf/ and egg free. All of us feel better on this diet, and I am losing weight on it AND we all feel better. You and I have much in common weight history wise ( and we’re both 76′ ers! :0) ).
This Ebook sounds great! Thank you!
    Hope in Spokane

My doctor recommended I go gluten-free and I’m trying to do the anti-candida thing too. Your review of the book makes me want to go to a bookstore now. But I’ll wait and see if I’m lucky enough to win it.

    Thanks for a great blog!
